Dr. Munir challenged Deloitte's Actuarial and Insurance Solutions leaders to shift focus from productivity to creativity, introducing them to essential tools and frameworks to do so, such as the strategy canvas, the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid, the six paths framework, three tiers of noncustomers, and the strategic alignment of value, profit, and people propositions.
